GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we will either replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE, which are subject to the below terms:

All Items are eligible for a return, exempting the products: Some selected items are not refundable or exchangeable. As long as your item meets our eligibility criteria, we'll cover the costs of shipping your item back to us. In addition, you can send your item off at our network locations to make the return process more accessible.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges will be offered at your expense and discretion. If you accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your cost for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within seven consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible. REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 45 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged, or you have initiated the return after 45 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

·     Product must be returned in its original packaging

·     Product wasn't used or damaged

·     Product must include original tags (if applicable)

·     Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Aside from these conditions, there is the product that can be returned but are not refundable, as stated in the following:

If the product you have received is defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products, which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase. If the payment was made thru the bank, the following information is needed to be provided:

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within four weeks. Exchanges exceeding four weeks will not be processed. 

To be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:

·     Product must be returned in its original packaging

·     Product wasn't used or damaged

·     Product must include original tags (if applicable)

·     Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product if Selected products do not need to ship back.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the customer has already processed an order but needs to cancel an order immediately, please contact “Good Gift” Customer Support by emailing us at customersupport@goodgift.net within 24 hours.
